All speakers and participants are required to register via the registration form. Registrations will be possible until 17th March 2026. Depending on the time of the registration, different conference fees will be charged:
early-bird (open until 02.02.2026): 180,00 EUR
regular (open until 28.02.2026): 230,00 EUR
late-bird (open until 17.03.2026): 280,00 EUR
If you are a member of the following groups, you receive a discount on the conference fee:
- enerConnect association
- Gesellschaft für Energiewirtschaft und Energiepolitik e.v. (GEE)
So inform us about your status by clicking on the according fields in the registration form. The discounted conference fee is listed next to the fields.
If you are a student of the TU Dresden a member of the organizing committee or sponsoring partner the participation is free of charge. Catering is not included for students of the TU Dresden.
The conference fee includes admission to plenary and scientific sessions, the pre-conference dinner, gala dinner, lunches, and coffee breaks. Hotel and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
